Unser nächstes Event zum Thema „female empowerment“ steht an! Dieses mal konnten wir die Women of TIER vom bekannten E-Scooter-Verleihsystem TIER als Referentinnen für uns gewinnen.
Der Vortrag findet in englischer Sprache statt. Zwischenfragen können gerne auch in Deutsch gestellt werden.
Have you ever been the only woman in a meeting or classroom and found it hard to get your voice heard? Have you ever been the guy in the room trying to empower a woman?
We as Women of Tier have been there oh so many times and witnessed first-hand how many things can go wrong if employers and employees don’t make diversity and inclusion a priority. So we figured we should do something about it at our workplace.
In our interactive talk we will share with you why a diverse workforce has crucial value for your product & culture as well as a few ideas how to tackle it in your future careers.
There will also be a Q&A session following the event.
